We have a 40+ year old gunite pool requiring a major overhaul. We researched re-plastering, pebbletec, and this relatively new product aqua-brite. Based on the amount of work needed to refinish, we selected this product and have absolutely nothing bad to say about it. From the time the HotShot Team (Pat, Steve, Michael, and Zac) showed up on Monday until they finished the next afternoon, we were amazed at their professionalism and how well and fast they worked. The process took only two days– to drain the pool, acid wash/clean, patch, expoxy and blow-torch the product on. We were filling the pool in the afternoon on the second day and swimming two days later (delayed because of thunderstorms)! Now, three weeks later, all we can say is this was the best experience we have ever had and the entire event far exceeded our expectations- if you need your pool refinished, call these guys!

Hot Shot Pools retiled my pool. The two main contacts I worked with were Pat and Kim. They were both very informational and responsive. With projects involving multiple companies to complete the work, and also when the work is weather dependent, communication is very important. Hot Shot Pools exceled at this and was also extremely professional. I am a very detail oriented person and overall I am very satisfied with the outcome of the tile work and project as a whole. We have a 24 year old pool that was re-finished by Hotshot Pools. Our first visit from Pat was full of great information including many great visual samples. After some online research and visiting thier facility to see the actual product we gave the green light to proceed. We were very happy with the communication prior to arrival. They showed up when they said they would. Weather became a stresser during application on day two but the crew was beefed up and procautions made to make sure that the end result was perfect. And we have been enjoying our new pool everyday since.
